Re-Action Products
We have created our portfolio of Re-Action© products to provide solutions that meet the ever changing needs of health clubs and owners. The “Re” in Re-Action© stands for the four “Re’s” that are important to owners of health clubs, gyms, and studios: Retention, Renewal, Referral, and Rejoin.
Retention
You should never depend solely on new membership sales as your primary source of revenue. Remember, it's not the amount of members in your gym, it's the amount of money each member is spending! And the more money they spend, the more loyal they become and the longer they will remain members of your health club.
Renewal
Did you know that on average only 20-30% of members renew after their initial membership term? If you don’t continually exceed expectations, it is too easy for members to go somewhere else...or to quit altogether. Signing up new members is fun, but keeping those members long term makes the difference between a good club and a great club.
Referral
We all know how important word of mouth marketing is. Sometimes referrals from friends can make up 50% of a gym’s membership base. But only if you are doing the things that make members want to refer others to you. You need systems in place to motivate your existing members to refer more of their friends, allowing you to save on marketing expenses!
Rejoin
Why do so many members cancel? If you would have just done a little better job toward the end of their membership term, or even more importantly at the beginning of their term, would they have stayed? Give your expired members a reason to come back to you. Our Re-Action products are incredibly effective in attracting these members back to your club.
