I've been in the Gym business for almost 15 years years now. Initially I worked my way from commission only salesperson to become a very successful personal trainer. I then became a General Manager, running a small ladies only fitness center, then moving on to manage huge multipurpose facilities. After managing health clubs I went on to supervise multiple locations and manage other GM's as a Regional Director with one of the first health club management and consulting firms.
I struck out on my own I founded several companies including The Health Club Pro and last year I teamed up with Fitness Marketing Group, one of the most respected health club marketing, consulting, and promotions company in the industry. Together we have been helping clubs excel, even in light of the supposed recession. While so many other health clubs are struggling; our clients are achieving their best year ever.
My philosophy is simple! Every client is special. It is our job to ask the right questions to uncover motivation and address their concerns quickly and fearlessly. Most importantly though, I feel the managers and owners of health clubs need to create a service that exceeds all expectations. From an operations standpoint, I believe there is no better approach than to implement systems that streamline processes for maximum ease, efficiency, duplicability, and scalability.

I take a very candid, take no prisoners approach when it comes to making a health club more successful. I am a firm believer in the power of systems.
